Just wanted to understand pros and cons of Internal and client projects anyone who has lots of experience please guide me.

Hi I have worked on both internal and external projects so I can help you.
Look Some internal projects are like 9-5 Govt job. You just simply do your work no such issues.
But some projects which requires hard core development they will suck the hell out of you that you would feel like just let me go..
Pros: CIO Awards, Points Cons: Chargebelity if goes below than 90% you would be put on PIP
Same things applies for External but in External Projects you will learn more and will have a good exposure of global clients
