How does the internal Transition work? I am working as a PMO but recently got selected for a management consulting role so there will be a shift from ATCi to Consulting. Will there be any changes in my pay? If yes, how much?
Does Accenture allow Internal transfer from ATCI to Strategy & Consulting without an MBA degree? Do u have a MBA degree? Even I'm trying for Consulting roles. Any help would be appreciated.
Hey, yes the internal transfer is possible. You'll have to find an ideal role along with experience. They'll have an interview and later they'll confirm. I don't have a MBA Degree. But I would like to highlight one thing that there will be no change in your compensation plan.
