Trending @Accenture; Internal Teams Leadership sucks!
All insensitive selfish leaders, sitting like damads of company. They bully associates to work in more projects and let the well paid senior levels enjoy. Promotions are obviously political. But even 1/5 bootlickers got promoted. And they are not even inclusive. Are biased with their own motives. Sometimes US team smacks them to give some benefit so they will hold lunches at stupid places and keep the cut in their pocket. I hope they turn 60 soon or pre retire. And i hope their children also face such management in future.
This is corporate for you man it's same everywhere.

Mangers and leaderships really fight for 10k 🤣… i saw one stupid manager was crying for 10k , in my own team they told us to organise a team dinner and they should follow the budget which was 1k per person 🤣. Really… i never joined any outside meet up and all . I really hate those cunning faces. Trust me Dumbs become managers and SMs after 10-15years . Jisko banna hota hai , wo MBA karke karleta hai jaldi… when i see 40+ people managing teams , i feel pity … but good managers also exit , but i am yet to find.
