Trending @Accenture; Internal Project Change Process
I joined Accenture on 27th November 2024. Initially, I received training in MEAN Full Stack, and after completing that, I was cross-trained in Cyber Security. On 1st July, I was assigned to a project. However, I’ve realized that the training I received isn’t aligned with the work I'm doing in the project. The tasks are mostly support-based and do not offer much learning or skill development. I'm unsure about how to proceed in this situation. What would be the best course of action?
You have to stay atleast 18 months in one project before you are eligible for release. But still you can ask for roll off from the current prj, if your manager is good he might give that. Then before moving to bench change your primary skill to your desired skill in that way you will get calls related to that particular skill only.
