Hi folks, Could anyone help me in understanding the internal movement process from India to Australia within Accenture. Is this possible now?

You need the following:

  1. A role that aligns with your skill set
  2. A manager who is willing to sponsor you for the next year (Ideally a sold role)
  3. Leadership blessings from the manager’s org

In certain cases, blessings from your own manager as well.

Even after that, it takes some time to procure the visa and all.

Moving to onsite within Accenture is highly tough thing. Im planning to move to another project where I have travelling chance and my manager said im not ready relase hence i lost the traveling chance
