Trending @Accenture; Insurance reimbursements

I have availed cashless payment method for my wife’s Pregnancy( C - section). TPA has settled the amount with the hospital already. Can you confirm if i need to submit any document for this in Accenture? Also, can i claim child’s expenses , Pre and Post expenses and get reimbursement?

Please guide
