Trending @Accenture; Insights of hike/promotion in the June cycle?

Did anyone have an idea if someone is promoted in the last June 24 cycle then the hike or promotion is applicable to them also? I have heard that an employee should complete 18 months at the same level to be eligible for the next promotion is that true?

LOL, per the current norms you should feel lucky if you get the promotion in the next 3-4 years once a promotion is already given.
