I am writing to inquire about the procedure if we are required to change our base location. Specifically, I would like to confirm whether we need to submit our current laptop and arrange for picking up a new laptop from the new location.

If it's the same city and PMO is okay, then you don't need to change your laptop but if it's a city change then better change the laptop cause a replacement or exit will require you to return your laptop in original location
