Hi, My manager told me that they will promote me to level 10 this year end.

I am currently at level 11 with a base of 5.51 lakhs.. How much increase can I expect at level 10. Also what would be the inhand salary after the increase?

If you did not get last year hike then you will get 30-35% hike or else 20-24% hike
