Trending @Accenture; Information for people going thru or just had their PIP

So I had been put in PIP by my super helpful supervisor (even after winning awards and appreciations from client) end of last year and that resulted in 0 variable in the Jun’24 cycle. Looks like as per Accenture policy, people who get PIP will not be getting any hike or variable pay for next 1 year of that. Any thoughts??
