Trending @Accenture; Increase in adhoc allowance instead of base pay

I'm at CL12. Got 11.23% base pay hike in June 2025 cycle. Received the updated salary today. But when I checked my payslip, my base pay remains the same and everything else as well except for adhoc allowance. It seems like there's 11.23% increase in adhoc allowance instead of base pay. Now I don't have a problem with that but I've heard when you switch companies and show your payslips, they consider your base pay as a basis to decide your salary and not some other allowance. Is this a problem I should be worried about? Can people at other levels confirm if in their payslip the base pay is same and only adhoc allowance is increased
