Trending @Accenture; In rewards portal it shows 5% but bonus and amount to less
I have 10 LPA base salary and in rewards portal ot shows I have been given 5% Variable pay but amount showing is less than 11000. How the amount is calculated. Someone please help
For example your total salary + VP is 200 out of which 21% is variable. Now divide this in 2 cycles with - 79 fix 21 VP each is the best case. Out of that 21 you got 5. so your half yearly take hand is now 79+5 which is 84.
its confusing let’s put it this way My Fix is 10,00,000 + with 21% variable is 2,10,000. if I get 5% VP this time this will be 2,10,000/2 = 1,05,000*(5/21) = 25,000
May be, u will get remaining amount in november
But I will be getting 5% of base pay , right ? Currently I am getting 11000 which is way to less
See what happens is this 5% is divided into two pay cycle :- may and november. So if you are getting any amount in may then remaining will be credited in november. Also, the vp is upto 5%. So, based on your performance and other factors, vp would be decided.
