Trending @Accenture; In Nov we suppose to get V.P, so there is a doubt whether hike/V.P will be given or only V.P. As last year also hike was not given...

Last year everyone received mail stating that there'll be no hikes.

Although many people are telling that hike will be minimal.

Definitely we will get both but we can't expect more hikes.
