Trending @Accenture; In need of Advice.

Currently working in Accenture India & serving notice period, last working day is August 13. I will be moving to Canada by September 1st. When I have checked internally with Accenture Canada community I got an update that they are ready to recruit me for the project but the opening might come up by September 1st. Can anything be done in this case by withdrawing paper?
