Many are facing this Situation.. Drop an email and ask your ppl lead to revert.. Execute the same level of patience that you lead or manager does on you deliverables #punintended
Follow up the same if he/she does not revert by cc ing their reporting leads by checking the org chart..

Discuss with your manager, I approached my manager today for discussion, he told me he was also not aware that %have been released untill i approached him After discussing with you he will release on portal

Same for me and my team, not shared by PL till now
