Trending @Accenture; Impact on Variable Pay
I have resigned this week. Manager said we will put you in bottom category and then you will not receive variable pay. Also, due to this accenture will not consider you for Rehire. any idea... how does this work. will get variable pay if LWD in December 1st week.
You won't get variable pay if you resign and your manager puts you in the bottom category. Also, forget about being rehired. Simple as that.
If managers mentality like you then yes it is possible. You know Karma, it return back. keep yours suggestions with you only. most of the people leave because of bad managers.
Your manager is putting you in IP-Transition case, so you won’t get any VP if your LWD is after 1-Dec
