Putting emoyee to PIP will again start in nov? How we should know and when they inform employee. How to tackle. Who can save from PIP.how to know if our name already finalzed for PIP or not?
I have drop my papers and LWD is 17th dec. Can they put me on PIP while on notice period? (my manager said to complete all KT by oct end.) (maybe bench/roll off)?

Once you have resigned you can't be put to bench as far as I know

Any month in a year. As I've observed ppl mentioning pip off cycle too. See above one comment someone got pip in septt . Idk how is that possible and which cycle decision is it ..
