Putting emoyee to PIP will again start? How we should handle? How to tackle. Who can save from PIP.how to know if our name already finalzed for PIP or not?

It's going on from many cycles and still exists. There is a quota we have to put people in PIP, worst performers go in PIP if you fall into that category then only worry otherwise don't

This is not reality, even whoever do hard work they keep them in pip and it's depends on manager/leadership he want to clear his pip pr not, if not then he will difficult tasks to him which he will not able to clear

If u don't work anything and if u in touch with your manager/leadership, you will not affect anymore, even those.guus will be prompted,.I have seen in my project

Yes but not every project and manager are same. This happens but not in most cases.

Things to keep in mind , if you are tagged to pip then start looking outside. Even if pip gets cleared there will not be any hike and variable pay for the year in the pip case. Better put down paper and hunt for new opportunities

Even in my project also CL11 resource been put in PIP but in actual she performed outstanding in the project
