I am on bench from 3 months onwards and I want to resign and I want immediate release so what should I do what reason I have to mention to hr and I am ok with payout option as well.

HR jo bole wo mat Karo,Manager jo bole mat Karo,Manager ko gusset se baat Karo, attitude show Karo,they will ask you to resign and will give you 2 month salary as well

Tu bench pe hai, they only come and ask to leave early , might pay you as well

I guess you need to serve 1 month np or immediate release in 1 day but get banned from Accenture. Talk with hr on same

If you're already on the bench, then immediate release shouldn't be a problem. No company wishes to keep paying an employee for free (one who's not into a project) and that too when he wishes to leave.
