Can anybody pls tell if i wanna buyout notice period. How much money i have to give accenture for immediate exit?

Discuss with your DU lead .. Max they can reduce notice period from 90 days to 60 days.

I'm not on notice period, it's just I want to quit immediately. Isn't there any option of it in Accenture?

If you are in project , and billable to client . You cannot get a shorter NP.

If you are non billable depends on your negotiation.

Very different, at most they can release early.
Speak to your Manager and Senior Manager before speaking to the HR.
