Trending @Accenture; If we skip office for continuous 2 weeks is there any issue?

Depends on project to project. I couldn't go to office for a week. Raised an exception request. Team lead approved it. HR rejected it. My team lead informed my manager. Manager told me there's no need to raise exception, you can directly inform us. If you're not able to go to office for a month, then only exception is needed to be raised
