Bro it's just about 4-5 days 🤣🤣 why should I resign better I can ask some other DOJ..but wanted to know in case anyone has been in same situation

Nothing will change in next 4-5 days right, it's already fixed, if you resign your HR will tell you what is your outcome and will try to retain, if they offer good you can take back resignation

Variable is decided in the December cycle, so even if you resign, you will get the same variable (Variable received in December)
