On 15 August is the Holiday so I need to go to the office this week or it will take as you went to the office. And If I take leaves for 3 days in a week, I also need to go to the office or not.

Even if there is 1 working day in a week, you need to go to the office on that particular day to avoid non-compliance.

Even if you are present one day in a week, you must go otherwise hr/your people can ask you to apply for entire week as leave. This won't happen with everyone but few cruel mindsets did demand to do this.
