Trending @Accenture; If in pip will I get my variable pay and increment this cycle
I suddenly got mail that I was in pip. Iam an ase and by the end of this month I should have completed my probation period but now suddenly my probation period is increased by 2 more months. I joined in this project 3 back and the main work has been allocated to me from the last month and my manager is saying I need improvement In my performance also the role iam doing in the project is not related to my primary skill what should I do and what is my situation regarding this variable pay and increment

Every cycle we get variablepay right now iam in pip will I get it or not and also after completing one year around 3k per month the salary increases right about that iam saying
My timeline you are asking right iam joined this company on 30 sep 2024 and by the end of this month I will complete my probation period but suddenly my manager put me in pip due to performance improvements itseems but I joined into this project in June and this is my first project and during the months June and July they gave no work and from August they started giving me work , I completed all the work in time but also they are saying need improvement. The project is not related to the skill iam trained in but iam still trying my best to prove my skill in it
