Trending @Accenture; If i want WFH but manager is not allowing is it good idea to put down the paper and search the option outside for wfh.suggestion please

Outside is more problem here in ACN it’s 1 day only try to manage it

Resignation with plan and preparedness can get you what you want here or outside at any other company

U can say ur planning to resign. Then all leads n manager will run around n try to make u stay

I wanted WFH for just July. I asked atleast give me a transfer. He said no to both. Then finally when I said I'm resigning he gave me WFH, transfer and LOA.

Accenture is having at least once a week ..you can go office spend 1-2 hr and then come back.outside I have seen 95% companies are having hybrid model

Currently 90% of jobs are hybrid. considering the present market situation finding a WFH is way more difficult than doing a hybrid job

Everywhere its wfo more than what acn has. So better think twice.

WFH is not possible in 95% companies. Can get more flexibility with a few companies. Like luxsoft, NTT data, Nagarro, value labs.. they can probably give some relaxation
