No matter what no exception will get approved unless it's something medically serious. They could have asked to complete 4-5 days monthly but no they want this so that they can have excuse on the appraisal
Even if it is serious HRs are asking to take leave and not approving the exception.
And my leave do they mean for that day or they want us to take leave for whole week. Bcz it could be possible that someone planned for Friday and got sick that day only and taking sick leave. So still will it get escalated

You will become non compliant and then they will take actions idk what actions but stay safe man the ship is sinking
