I have offers in both IBM and TCS with TCS offering 10%higher pay compared to IBM. For both I am tagged to a BFSI client. How’s the growth and learning in both companies. How about RTO policy? For IBM I need to travel 52Kms a day 3 days a week. I am confused about which one to choose.

ibm have good team in bfsi especially in java side which i know
ibm did layoffs in usa and increasing capability in india so i guess they won’t be doing layoffs but check their bench and other policies
