Got a mail saying I'm a defaulter in filling iAspire Mentorship Network.

Anything I should be wary of/keep in mind while selecting a mentor. I mean it's kinda random, the suggestions are for L8 folks Im not associated with. So, not sure what to do.

Veterans, Pls suggest. Context: I'm L11, Adv App Engg Analyst working as a Java BE developer in a project for past 4 months. Stream : Java full stack dev
