Trending @Accenture; I wish tier 1 cities to have so bad traffic that all toxic, arrogant managers end up spending tons of hours in the traffic.
Shiny cars bought after exploiting poor and helpless people, should end up getting stuck in the traffic hell forever!!
I get the frustration, imagine you're in TCS or Infosys which has 5 or 3 working day from office, Accenture atleast is not doing that be happy with one day
I'm not blaming accenture, I am collectively blaming all IT industries and govt too. I'm not against WFO, but I'm against the selfish work done in the country where bare minimum comfort requires you to be in upper class. And most managers (not only ACN) keep exploiting people below them. Please don't get offended but we have to think far beyond than comparing stupid policies between ACN and other companies, you're much senior than me and I respect you.
After joining Accenture, I realized Infosys was way better, good wlb, less pressure😖, campus, every thing..... You may not agree with me but, it's ok...
May be it's because of one man having much power to decide the future of juniors..
