Trending @Accenture; I was in pip and cleared pip. got new project. everyone said I won't get 3 cycles hike n VP . But still got vp and some hike.

Due to cost cutting they removed me. i was in bench n than again I was tagged to same project. they didn't gave wbse code for fews n even access to work and suddenly told you are in pip. 2 months I was ideal. in last 30 days they gave pip assignment and i cleared it after 5 days I got new project
