I hope in this group many ex-Infoscions are present.

What is the role of lead consultant in Infy ? Is it a team lead kind of role?

I heard that Infosys laid off many resources in the past few months, is this information correct?

Is there any risk if they put a resource in bench ? How many days a resource can be in bench?

As you know they are giving 20% variable of their overall compensation for lead consultant role. How much percentage of QVA I will get? Any hidden conditions in QVA( like allocation, client billing, DU performance, etc).

Offer letter is not released yet. Experience: 11.3 years. CTC: 42 lpa(including 8.4 lpa variable) Technology: Salesforce Vlocity. Location: Kolkata.

Please help me with the above information.
