I am an ASE and my join date of 27 june 2023. When can I expect my default promotion. And if I leave my project now will it have any impact on my promotion.

Just joined my second project by staying on bench for 1.5 months . It was horrible no calls and HRs guving warning and firing people like find poroject in 2 days else resign
