Trending @Accenture; I received this mail from T&E audit, please help me with what should I do next
I searched a bit and found i should have added this expense under internet instead of mobile. What can I do next? Shall I edit that expense from myte in that expense period or what to do?
Have you always submitted your interent allowance like this ? If yes, its not a big deal they will just adjust the amount from your salary. If its the first time and you accidentally selected telecom in place of internet, they are asking for the justification because of that. Just tell them it was by mistake you wanted to claim the internet allowance. I am pretty sure you haven't received the allowance this time yet because it wont be processed without the approval from your manager.
