Trending @Accenture; I need your valuable suggestions! I am currently in a very badly managed project, will I find a project as per my skill if they release me?

They are simply putting any resource under this project with different skillset and making them work for more than 10 hours everyday in the name of innovation and bla bla... After putting this much effort also the lead/manager are scolding everyone every day using slang and unprofessional words .. so pathetic!

Overall 6 years of exp. and 30 months in Accenture. Primary Skill: AWS Redshift, Postgresql, Python.
