Trending @Accenture; I met someone who was on Bench for almost 2 years ðŸ˜
Was talking to them and apparently this is what happened.
Month 1 - Joined the org and went into training Month 3 - Training completed bench begins. Month 5 - First Project Interview Month 7 - They get a project and start receiving KT. Month 9 - Project Extension gets cancelled by client
Month 10 - On bench again Month 15 - Project Interview again Month 17 - Accepted in new project Month 18 - Payment delays from client end
Month 20 - Project is finalized and is about to start. Month 21 - Guy decides to resign after getting a new job knowing that this is bad for his career.
Has anyone heard of this happening?
I have a friend in Infosys who has been on the bench for 3 years. Still no project, but he gets his monthly salary. Even got default promotion as well
I joined Accenture two years back still no promotion can I get hike this June?
The grass looks always greener on the other side.
