Trending @Accenture; I’m pleased to share that I have been promoted in the September cycle from Level 10 to Level 9 at Accenture.

This came as a pleasant surprise for me, as I had completely lost hope of a promotion in this cycle — but finally, it happened. Yesterday, my manager confirmed the promotion, and the official outcome will be released shortly.

0% all these doesn't matter. If they don't want to give promotion, they won't. They will do lateral hire with good hike instead
