Trending @Accenture; I'm on bench from last 1.6 years

I joined Accenture as a ASE, and shifted on default project but no work,no charge code because no work to ASE, no roles for freshers!...but I got promoted to analyst through cleared my exams within a year but now after getting promotion I shifted to bench... So what can I do...how can I get project???
