Trending @Accenture; I'm feeling really low and demotivated.

I'm feeling really low and demotivated. I've been applying for jobs every day on Naukri and LinkedIn but still not getting any interview calls. What am I doing wrong? How can I improve my chances?

I've been consistently applying for months, tailoring my resume, updating my profile, but nothing seems to be working. It’s starting to affect my confidence and mental peace. I don’t know what else to do. This is my first switch.

If anyone has been in a similar situation or can guide me with what steps I can take, it would really help me right now.

I have 3.5 years of experience in Selenium with Python, API testing, functional testing, and good exposure to Tosca. Currently working as GenAI test engineer.

Imo, it's the skill requirements. I'm not actively looking for a job but still randomly I get calls from HRs asking for a job change. Try to see which skills are highly required in market and reskill/upskill.

If notice period is 90 days then difficult to get call.

How to manage the 90 days NP? If I get one offer I will resign, but getting one offer with 90 days of NP is challenging, they are not scheduling the interviews after hearing my Notice period

  1. Focus on skills and demanding latest tech stack
  2. If skills is sorted out then try naukri paid services
  3. Still did not get call then have some 6 months of expenses with you and resign 4 you will surely get lot of calls thereafter.

But most importantly is skills set and domain you're working on

Even I’m facing the same issue. I update my resume daily on Naukri, but not getting calls. I think the job market is really down everywhere and they are not actively hiring right now.
