I joined on cl-11, now I am not liking the work I am doing here in the project. Just want to get into bench or other project.how to get release is there any policy I need to remain in a project for certain months for laterals??

Talk to your manager about what doesn't suit u and why u need to explore other kind of work.Most probably they won't release.its in your hands ,how u convey to them!!
