Trending @Accenture; I joined accenture on October 2023 when can I expect a promotion?

I joined in September 2023 ,instead of promotion this june,he released me from project and promoted himself from asoc Manager to manager..😑

Nowadays M and SM are promoting themselves and it’s a trend in Accenture they have got the hack that nobody is going to question them . And this is a scam currently going on in Accenture

All depends on your delivery unit lead which is generally a senior manager
