If you joined recently then you need to wait for a minimum of 2 years to get at least a 5% hike

Don't misguide him bro 😂 he will quit his job , you will get default hike of 11% when you complete the 1 year and if you clear tech leaf you will get 35-40% increment as promotion, I have got the same with 37.08% hike in one year one month March cycle
