Trending @Accenture; I joined accenture on 30th october and my variable pay is 1.7 L. Can anyone suggest when will I get my variable pay like which month and how much can I get!
1.7 L is divided into 2 ..once half is coming in Last December and one part is coming in this May month end
As 85K would be half of my variable pay how can I expect this may is it like some percentage within 85k ?
And as I joined on november 2023 would it effect my variable pay?
Variable pat depends on company performance. Your performance from March to August of current year including Accenture's will be considered to arrive at your payout.
From where can we see my variable amount? I can see only my fixed ctc in payroll
No effect to your variable pay total amount you would be get it. If you get more clarity you can go see the reward portal i.e., rewards.accenture. com in that portal you can see what exact amount you would be get it in this May month
