Trending @Accenture; I joined accenture on 30th october 2023 and my variable pay is 1.7 L. Can anyone suggest when will I get my variable pay like which month and how much can I get!

In offer letter they write 21% VP..but it's not fixed...you can get between 0% to 21% based on performance.

In first year you may get 7-8% range, this is fixed

With May month salary you will get and i think 5% to 10% of variable amount you will get
