Trending @Accenture; I joined Accenture in Oct 2021 and currently in level 11 with 6LPA(including variable). I see no significant growth through project or increase in salary. Any advice? Is it the right time to switch? How do I go about it?

How much can I ask on the switch? Currently 6lpa with about to complete 3yrs.
You can easily bag a 100% hike if you switch. Even a 200-300% hike if you switch to a product based company. Just make sure you have multiple offers and use them to negotiate with your recruiter.
Being said that, I won't recommend switching to another service based company though. If necessary stay in Accenture for a little longer, prepare for product based company interviews and then start applying.
