Trending @Accenture; I joined Accenture in may 2024 and in the dec cycle i received only 5% variable pay and got rolled off from project by mentioning budget

My last working day in my previous project was 31 dec my lead promised me a promotion in the feb month but they rolled off me but by the next day i got locked in to my new project. Can i expect anything in this cycle considering the previous variable pay result.
