Same here i have joined in july 2024 not received any hike on base pay but received 10% variable pay.

Yup you will get hike in December 100% sure. That's just out rotten luck. I also joined on Feb month and got hike after 3 months with June cycle. It's bcz they will consider hike after 1 year whatever the next cycle is coming
