Big4/MNC'S will accept 90+ days notice period
Be skilled and interview ready this is ur job
Some/other day God gives u chance that's what we call luck🤞

My lwd is 17thdec and even i got offer with 90 days after being rejected by 10 companies when hearing the notice period.

If your Manager and DU are kind enough.. u may get it... Your leadership will try to give that % of your variable pay to someone else to motivate him/her...

You will get, but it won't be much. That's why i stopped doing extra work in my project.
