Trending @Accenture; I have resigned on first week of march. Toxic manager. She gave me a horrible feedback on workday today. Am i going to be put into PIP?

I'm genuinely curious, why do these things matter when we're leaving? Do they have some kind of impact?

If you have already resigned then what is the point of putting you in PIP? Why they want to see improvement in your performance when you are not going to be in company? So don't think much of it.. even if they put you in PIP ask why and don't accept it as you have already resigned more than a month now..

Makes sense

Project has a quota for PIP so instead of throwing someone staying in a company under the bus it is easier to throw someone already leaving. Just talk to your manager and make sure it doesn't impact you negatively in future. Anyways you have an offer unless you are thinking to revoke resignation you should be fine.

@SoreGelding01 , agree on this but still I found it unethical, even though one is leaving the organisation, they don't have any right to defame our name. After years of hard work when we ask for promotion and hike they don't give a dammm and when we leave for better opportunity they do these kinds of horrible things. And who knows if these things will impact our future chances in Accenture or not.

You might get a call from hr saying warning and then after observation of 1 week they will put

What she has given ?

Yes, there are chances
