Trending @Accenture; I have joined in December last year in Accenture with will I get variable pay this coming month ?

Thank you, I have around 3L as variable pay, any guesses how much i can get ?

As i know they do not give full amount.. So maybe you can get 60% of 3L which would be 180000. And now divide by 2 since we got this varible two times a year... So around 90k ... It can be more also but i see employee got only 50%-60% of what promised. So can except.. around this
