Trending @Accenture; I have completed 2.6 years in accenture and over all experience is 4.10 years. But still I am at level 11. When will I get promotion to level 10?

Totally depends on your project and your dependency in that project. I suggest you please let your manager know that you are expecting a promotion then a project people might think
